They are serving a mouthwatering menu of barbecue favorites at Milepost Zero, including brisket, award winning pulled pork, ribs, chicken wings and green chile sausage. Created by the team behind Denver’s ADOBO Food Truck - best food truck in Denver 2019, MoonRise Garden Bar & Food Trucks, Happy Belly Productions and ADOBO Restaurant & Bar - named one of the Top 100 Restaurants in Denver for 2023 - the Gayle’s Texas BBQ menu features several sandwiches, including The Beast, which is stacked with a pound of meat, smoked pork, brisket and green chile sausage, and the Encarnacion, made with pork belly, queso, sweet chili, roasted jalapenos and green onions. Dive into one of three Sampler Platters - including the Bonnie & Clyde, which includes four ribs, ¼ lb. brisket and six chicken wings. Savory sides include mac & cheese, coleslaw, fries, corn on the cob and fried okra.
